Sir Gerald Nabarro, M.P.

As author, broadcaster, journalist and Member of Parliament Sir Gerald Nabarro is one of the best known public figures in Britain today. He is a life-long steam locomotive and railway enthusiast and is a director of Severn Valley Railway (Holdings) Ltd. and the Severn Valley Railway Company Ltd. as well as Honorary President of the Worcester Locomotive Society. Sir Gerald has been closely associated with the life and work of the Severn Valley for more than twenty years as M.P., first for Kidderminster and since 1966 for Worcestershire, South.
